Refund policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt of your order, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

Items must be unused and in original condition
All tags (if any) must be intact
Items must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Return must be initiated and shipped back within 30 days of delivery

Any items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected at our sole discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Used items
Customised or made-to-order products
Sale or discounted items
Gift cards

Inspection & Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

We reserve the sole and absolute discretion to:

Approve or reject any return request
Determine whether the item meets return conditions

If a return does not pass inspection:

The item will be sent back to the customer, and
No refund will be issued

Return shipping in such cases will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once a return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval

All refunds are net of the following deductions:

10% restocking fee
Original delivery/shipping fees (non-refundable)
Payment processing / transaction fees

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable

Exception:
If a return is approved due to a verified defect or damage, return shipping may be reimbursed at our discretion.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product
Proof in the form of clear photos or videos is required

We reserve the right to:

Assess the validity of the claim
Approve or reject the request at our sole discretion

Exchanges

Exchanges (e.g. sizing) are allowed strictly on a case-by-case basis
Limited to one (1) exchange per order
Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs

We strongly recommend referring to our size charts and product details carefully before purchase, as we do not guarantee fit.
