Where to find your tracking number

  1. Shipping emailWhen your order ships, we email you a confirmation with the courier and tracking number.
  2. Your accountSign in to your account with the email you ordered with to see every order and its tracking.
  3. Ask usCan't find it? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number (e.g. #1534).

    Questions

    My tracking number shows no updates yet

    Couriers usually start showing scans once they collect the parcel from us, which can take up to a day after you get the shipping email. Check again later.

    The tracking number doesn't work

    Check for missing letters at the start or end (SPX numbers end in a letter, for example). If it still doesn't work, pick the courier from the list by hand, or message us on WhatsApp.

    My parcel shows delivered but I don't have it

    Check with neighbours, your building's mailroom or security desk, then contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will chase the courier.

    Standard delivery to Malaysia and Thailand takes 7 to 10 business days. You can track it here the same way.
